Calendula officinalis L
Annual, 20 cm tall flowers producing abundant blooms. Grows best and produces blooms in sunny location and shade. Suitable for growing in flower-gardens together with other annual and perennial flowers, often planted in cemeteries, balconies. Due to essential oil contained and strong specific odour, marigolds are grown after bulb flowers and between them to destroy soil pests and diseases.
