My Green House .ie will not be liable for any cost implications arising from delays caused by any third party or any event not in the control of or which could not have been reasonably foreseen. It is the customer responsibility to ensure that any missing packages are recorded at the time of delivery and contents of all packages checked within 4 working days after delivery, reporting any missing parts within that time.
Any claims must be received within 4 working days after delivery. In the unlikely event of goods being defective upon delivery, replacement will be made without delay or as soon as possible.

alteration, use other than for which the greenhouse or garden building has been designed, or damage caused as a result of adverse weather.
