Delivery
Delivery times and dates given at the time of ordering are always approximate based on advice given by our manufacturer.
My Green House .ie will not be liable for any cost implications arising from delays caused by any third party or any event not in the control of or which could not have been reasonably foreseen. It is the customer responsibility to ensure that any missing packages are recorded at the time of delivery and contents of all packages checked within 4 working days after delivery, reporting any missing parts within that time.
Any claims must be received within 4 working days after delivery. In the unlikely event of goods being defective upon delivery, replacement will be made without delay or as soon as possible.
Warranty
All guarantees and warranties are offered on behalf of our manufacturers. My Green House will not be liable for any defects arising from ‘fair wear and tear’ willful or accidental damage, negligence,
alteration, use other than for which the greenhouse or garden building has been designed, or damage caused as a result of adverse weather.
Installation
We highly recommend our professional polycarbonate tunnel, greenhouse installation, replacement, and restoration services in order to achieve best results from our products.
Returns
Our goal is your satisfaction with your polycarbonate tunnel, greenhouse or other products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your greenhouse or other products and we will do everything reasonably possible to assure your satisfaction.
We guarantee to refund you 100% of the purchase price, less delivery , disassembly and collection charges (we will agree these with you first).
