Deschampsia caespitos
Perennial, ornamental grass with green foliage. Grows in dense mounds, 30–60 cm tall. Perfectly complements other bright-coloured flowers, ideal border plant. Can be grown in sunny or shady flower-gardens. Seedlings grown in pots, then transplanted to the permanent growing location. Prefers heavy clay soils. Can be grown in the same location for 3–4 years. Covering not necessary for winter.
