Cucurbita pepo L.
Early-maturing, high-yielding bush-type hybrid. The leaves unlike other varieties do not have thorns. Fruits with shiny yellow skin with white stripes, delicious, of great texture. Maybe consumed while still fresh, suitable for grilling, stewing, preserving. Zucchini plants are sown when the temperature of the soil 10 cm deep reaches +10–12 ºC. Sprouted for early harvesting in pots. Seedlings are transplanted outdoors after the frosts.
