Medium-early variety. Vegetation period is 80 days. Cultivated in greenhouses and out-doors for spring and autumn harvests. Loaf has light green, slightly wavy leaves. Inulin contained in the leaves can replace sugar for people with diabetes. Cultivated similar to lettuce. Grow best in fertile, neutral reaction soil.
