Borage Seeds
Biennial, medicinal, decorative, nectariferous plants grown in gardens and flower beds. Borage seeds can be used as spices for various dishes going well with cucumbers. Young leaves can be picked throughout the summer. Flowers are used to decorate dishes, desserts and cocktails, and flavoring of marinades. Flowers and leaves are rich in vitamins, minerals and ferment substances, and essential oils. Plants can be dried and frozen for the winter.
