Red Bull Brussels Sprout Seeds
Brassica oleracea L.
Late, cold-resistant variety with dark red loafs. Plants are 75 cm tall. Loafs acquire the typical color after the first frost, it is retained after heat treatment. It has milder flavor than the varieties of olive green loafs. Seeds are sown in nurseries, and when seedlings have 4-6 leaves, planted in a permanent place. Harvested when the loaf diameter reaches 2.5-4 centimeters. Characteristic flavor is obtained only after freezing. Boil before freezing.
