Perennial, impressively tall ornamental grass. Under favourable growing conditions, can reach the height of 4 meters. Produces 30–40 cm long flower clusters. Plant maintains ornamental nature all year long. Grows best in open, sunny location. Under favourable growing conditions, the plant spreads quickly. Should be covered for wintering or dug out and kept indoors.
