Grand Rapids Lettuce Seeds
Early leaf lettuce variety. Cultivated for spring, summer and autumn harvest. Can be sown in a glasshouse and in the open field, do not overgrow for a long time. Grow within 35–50 days. Leaves are slightly wrinkled, fan type, do not form loafs. Begin to germinate, when the soil heats up to +4 ºC. Grow best in humus rich, water-permeable soil. Grow poorly in the shade. When sown to the soil, 3–6 grams of seeds are needed per 10sq.m.
