Description
Annual, easily grown and very fast growing plant. Small, fragrant, spicy leaves are used for food. Fresh leaves are sprinkled on sandwiches, flavoring meet, fish, cottage cheese, egg dishes. Seeds germinate in 2-3 days to have cress all the time, they are sown every 7–14 days. Cress leaves contain iodine, calcium, iron salts, carotene, B group vitamins and vitamin C.
