Description
Cucurbita pepo L.
Medium-early variety. grow in a compact cylindrical bush. Used fresh, can be fried, steamed, canned. Grow best in fertile, manured with organic fertilizers, sunny soil. Courgette is a heat loving vegetable, therefore it is sown, when the soil in the depth of 10 cm warms up to +10-12 °C. Greenhouse or hotbed seedlings can be harvested quicker. Seedlings are planted outdoors after frost.
